The Startup Competition

Description
Shark Tank is a business plan competition where a group of students will pitch their startup idea to a group of seasoned investors. The objective of this competition is to prepare would-be entrepreneurs to learn the nuances of real-life startup pitching and enable them to get an experience of what angel investors look for while investing in businesses.

Prizes:

1^st – 20,000
2^nd– 8,000
Registration Fees: Rs.500

General Rules

Minimum 1 or Maximum 4 Members can participate.
No of Rounds- Two

Round-1 Elevator Pitch (Elimination Round) – 5 Mins for each group
Round-2 The Final Battle – Duration 15 Mins for each group.

Rules & Regulations:

For Round-1 Every Team will get 5 minutes to present their idea and 2 minutes for question answer.
For Round-2, qualified team from round one will get 12 minutes to present their idea and 3 minutes for question answer.
All the teams have to be prepared for both the rounds (as if you qualify in first round you have to present the detail of the same idea but in more detail as mentioned in round two rules in table).
Every team member has to wear their ID-Card during the event.
Limit your presentation strictly to time limit only.
