The Startup Competition

INTRODUCTION:

Shark Tank is a startup competition with an aim to create future entrepreneurs. Participants will go through the drill and get exposure on how to pitch in front of Sharks (Venture Capitalists) to raise funding for their startups.
The judges for this event will be seasoned entrepreneurs capable of giving funding/mentoring to promising ventures.

1^st – 20,000
2^nd– 10,000
Registration Fees: Rs.200

Format, Rules & Regulations

Round-1

Round-2 The Final Battle- Duration 15 Mins. for each group:

Operations Plan – (Plant Layout, Supply Chain, Plant Location, Operation Process)
Marketing Plan – (Target Market, Positioning, Branding Strategy, USP, 4Ps)
Finance Plan – (Funding Requirement, Sources of Funds, Capital Structure, Estimated Cash Flow & BEP, Cost Sheet)
HR Plan – (Manpower Plan, Sources of Recruitment, Selection Process Compensation Plan, Training and Development, Employee Engagement & Retention Plan)
