Rules and Regulations for Participants:

About Robo Soccer:

Robo Soccer is an electrifying event where participants build and program robots to play soccer. Teams compete to score goals and defend their side, highlighting their creativity, strategy, and technical skills in a fast-paced robotic showdown.

goal scored by a team, 4 points will be awarded:

If the bot damages the arena, the ball or the opponent bot (major damage), 2 points will be deducted.
Two points will be deducted for the bot which is responsible for hitting the ball out of the arena.
A warning will be given for not following the rules after which 2 points will be deducted for every warning.
Maximum goals/ points wins
In case oftie 02 min will be given for additional play
In case of re-tie game will go for sudden death (First goal wins)

Rules and Regulations:

The participating bots should be wireless and controlled remotely. It can be circular/ Rectangular in style.
Bot must fit inside a 30 x 30 centimetres wide and 40 centimetres high cube at any point in time.
Maximum weight should not be more than 7Kgs (including battery for wirelessly controlled bots. However, a tolerance of 5% is acceptable).
Additionally, the top of the robot must adhere to the standard pattern size and surface constraints.
Dribbling devices that actively exert spin on the ball, which keep the ball in contact with the robot are permitted under certain conditions.
Participants need to ensure: Each team should have three robots for the full tournament. The substitution of robots during the competition within the team or with other teams is forbidden.
Batteries must be sealed, immobilized electrolyte type (gel cell, lithium, NiCad, or dry cells).
The electric voltage anywhere in the machine can used up to 24V DC at any point in time for each robot.
Each robot must carry a top marker (1 , 2, and 3) unique identity so that the referee can distinguish it easily. Unmarked Robots are not eligible to play.
The robot must not emit infrared light. However, optical sensors (e.g. infrared-distance-sensors) may be used if they do not affect other robots.
Infrared light-reflecting materials must not be used on the outside. Robots must not produce magnetic interference for other robots on the field.
If a team claims that their robot is affected by the other team’s robot in any way they must show proof/evidence of the interference.
A Referee must confirrn the other team places any interference if a claim.
