Event Overview:
Participants must document and cover the Illuminati events of the university and produce a 30-60 second vertical (9:16) highlight reel. Reels will be judged on creativity, coverage, clarity, and impact.
Prizes:
1st – 6,000
2nd– 3,000
Registration Fees: Rs.200
Event rounds:
Round 1: Filming Phase (On-Ground Coverage)
Participants will be assigned/allowed to visit various Illuminati events happening across the fest.
They must capture original footage strictly during the event timings.
Round 2: Edit & Produce (Reel Creation Phase)
Participants will compile their footage into one final reel.
Submission Guidelines:
Students must submit their reel on 15th Feb. The reels must be submitted before 11:00 a.m. The results will be announced on 16th Feb.
Jury Evaluation Criteria:
Each reel will be scored based on:
Creativity: Innovative presentation, storytelling, editing style.
Coverage: How well the participant captured the essence of the technical fest.
Clarity: Visual and audio quality, coherence, and flow.
Impact: Overall impression, engagement, and highlight value.
Jury decision will be final and binding.
Rules and Regulations:
Students must cover all the events of the university during the Illuminati fest.
Each participant must create one final reel showcasing event highlights.
Reel duration should be 30-60 seconds and in vertical format (9:16).
All content must be original—no copyrighted music or external footage without permission.
The reels must be submitted on 15th Feb before 11:00 a.m.
No offensive, misleading, or manipulated content is allowed.
Participants must follow all event and campus rules while filming.
Jury evaluation will be based on creativity, coverage, clarity, and impact.
Jury decision will be final and binding.
