EVENT DESCRIPTION :
Participants will cover on-ground events and activities happening during the Illuminati Fest. Each participant must capture moments that best represent the energy, creativity, and spirit of the fest.

2nd– 2,000

Submission Guidelines
Students must cover all the Illuminati events of ITMBU and submit their best five photographs on 16th Feb.
The photographs must be submitted in hard copy before 11:00 AM on the exhibition day.
Participants must submit their entries at the designated submission desk.
Photography Exhibition
Selected top photographs will be showcased in a special exhibition. These displayed photographs will then be evaluated by the jury.
Judging & Result Announcement
A panel of professional judges will review the exhibited photographs based on creativity, composition, storytelling, and technical quality.
Results will be announced at the closing ceremony.
Rules & Regulations
Eligibility
The competition is open for all diploma, undergraduates, and post-graduates across all universities.
Each participant must use their own camera or smartphone.
Submission Guidelines
Only 5 final photographs must be submitted per participant.
All photos must be printed in hard copy (recommended size: A4 glossy paper or 8×12 inches).
Students must cover all the Illuminati events of ITMBU.
After completing all the events, students must select and submit their best five photographs on 16th Feb.
Each photograph must have the participant’s Name, Contact Number, University Name, Course Name and Semester with the photo’s title written on the back. The photographs should be submitted in the envelope.
Only individual participation is allowed (no group submissions).
Photo Requirements
Photographs must be clicked during the Illuminati Fest only.
Basic editing such as color correction, brightness, and cropping allowed.
Heavy manipulations, AI-generated images, or composite images are strictly prohibited.
The content must be original and free of copyright issues.
Conduct & Fairness
Participants must not disturb performers, guests, or ongoing events while clicking photos.
Plagiarism or submission of someone else’s work will lead to immediate disqualification.

Submitted photos may be used by the organizers for promotional and archival purposes with due credit.
Participants retain full ownership of their photographs.
