Rule Book for Participants

Round 1- MANAGEMENT INTELLIGENCIA:

All the teams will be given a crossword to solve (pen-paper-based)
The crossword grid will also be displayed on the screen for the audience.
Time limit: 30 mins
Total questions in the grid: 25 (Across + Down combined)
Questions will be based on all the disciplines of management including Marketing, HR, Finance and Economics
+2 for each correct answer -2 for each wrong answer -1 for each unattempted question
Top 15 teams will qualify for round 2

Round 2- BUSINESS BRAINIAC

Each team will be given two crosswords (pen-paper-based), to be solved by the individual participants. The crossword grid will also be displayed on the screen for the audience.
The team members will not be allowed to discuss with each other.
Time limit: 20 mins
Total questions in each grid: 15 (Across + Down combined)
Questions will be based on the business world.
+2 for each correct answer , -2 for each wrong answer, -1 for each unattempted question
Marking for both the crosswords combined will be considered. In case of tie, the team which took lesser time will qualify.
Top 5 teams will qualify for round 3

Round 3- THE 5 – WORD CONUNDRUM

Total 5 questions will be displayed on the screen.
Teams will be given various letter tiles. The combination of these letters has to be used to form the answers of all 5 questions.
No tile can be used twice.
Time limit: 30 mins
Questions will be based on 3 areas: management terminologies, leadership and brands.
+10 for each correct answer, -10 for each wrong answer, -5 for each unattempted question
In case of a tie, the team which took the lesser time will qualify
